Hello world! My name is Rayhan Aby Imtiyaz, and I'm a Junior Data Scientist / BI Consultant at Kitameraki. My educational background is in Biomedical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology. I have a huge passion for working with data and keeping up with emerging trends in the field. In my free time, I love listening to music and watching long form videos about video games, history, and technology.

As a consultant, my role involves deriving key performance indicators (KPIs) by analyzing an organization’s objectives and needs, engineering ETL processes to transform raw data from various sources into structured, report-ready formats, and ultimately visualizing the data to highlight insights. One of the biggest challenges in this field for me initially is maintaining a structured and methodological approach throughout the BI process. Sometimes, I tend to skip steps which can lead to overlooking critical details. However, I am continuously improving by reinforcing best practices and ensuring a more disciplined workflow. At the same time, it feels incredibly rewarding when I come up with a solution that not only resolves technical issues but also drives meaningful business impact.

Kitameraki’s portfolio as a BI consultancy is diverse, and being part of the team has been instrumental in my professional growth. "Kita," which means "We" or "People" in Indonesian, and "Meraki," a Greek word meaning to do something with soul, creativity, and love, truly encapsulate the work culture here. For me, it means that no matter how challenging a task is, approaching it with passion and having a team that shares the same dedication makes all the difference.

At Kitameraki, I am constantly challenged to understand customer needs, develop precise solutions, and adhere to industry best practices. It’s an environment that always keep me sharpened on both technical excellence and human-centered problem-solving, making every project a valuable learning experience.
